Brussels Expo is Belgium’s premier venue offering the exclusive ability to host visitors on a larger scale, an asset allowing it to host great national and international events. 

Thanks to its historic facilities of more than 115,000 m² of event space in 12 halls, Brussels Expo offers a range of activities from hosting all types of fairs, exhibitions and events (including shows and concerts in the specially-equipped Hall 12) to the development of its own leisure events and exhibitions (such as the Brussels Summer Festival).  Thanks to its central position and accessibility, the many large events organized at Brussels Expo demonstrate that Brussels Expo is the only venue in Belgium capable of welcoming spectators from across the country, as well as across the borders.

Today, the Entertainment activities of Brussels Expo include the management of a qualitative portfolio of dedicated and diversified venues:  the “Palais 12” on the Heysel site (capacity up to 15.000) and “La Madeleine” (capacity up to 1.050) in the city center. The group also owns the Brussels Summer Festival  (capacity from 1.000 to 18.000).

You are part of a team of the Entertainment division of Brussels Expo, therefore aiming to boost revenues around concert, show, sport events, … 

  • You develop the portfolio of clients for the “P12 Lounge Program”
  • You source pro-actively potential partners (sponsors)
  • With existing Partners, you:
    • Establish, manage & maintain efficient relationship
    • Create offers; build powerful and persuasive proposals
    • Finalize the deal; ensure contractual & financial follow-up
    • Ensure & monitor the delivery of agreements;
    • Produce ad hoc reporting in order to monitor profitability & SWOT of Partnership Activities;
  • You ensure adequate internal visibility of campaign activities of partnership



Bachelor degree in marketing/sales/business development, or equivalent acquired by experience

At least 8 years of professional experience
3 years’ experience in business to business sales in services sector
Commercial minded
Solution minded
Good presentation
Very good knowledge of Office Suite, in particular Power Point
Excellent oral French, Dutch and English - good in writing
Interest for the Music Word & Entertainment Sector
In view of the sector of activities, ready to work during week-ends and evenings
