HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?
You can buy your tickets online, by phone, at the Brussels Expo box office and via the official ticketing agencies Ticketmaster & Brussels Expo ticketing.
ARE THERE ANY LIMITS TO PURCHASING?
For each event, there is a limit to the number of tickets a person can purchase in order to ensure that as many people as possible have access to the ticket sales. Once you have chosen the number of tickets, they will be removed from the global ticket inventory and placed in your shopping cart. In addition, there is a time limit on how long you can save the purchase in your cart. If you do not purchase the tickets in your shopping cart within this time limit, they will be returned to the global ticket inventory and offered for sale to other customers again.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?
Electronic tickets are sent within 24 hours of receipt of your payment. If you have not received your tickets after this time, please contact your point of sale.
CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION IF BETTER SEATS ARE AVAILABLE?
Unfortunately, once a reservation is made, we cannot exchange or cancel it unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the event information has changed significantly.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF MY EMAIL.
If you do not receive your confirmation email immediately after your purchase, allow 24 hours for it to arrive and check to see if it has been placed in your spam folder. If you still haven't received it after this time or if you have lost it, contact your point of sale directly.
I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKETS.
If you have not received your tickets within 24 hours of payment and your confirmation email does not mention a delayed ticket shipment, please contact your point of sale for more information or a new ticket shipment.
I LOST MY TICKETS OR THEY WERE STOLEN.
If you suspect that your tickets have been lost, damaged or stolen, please contact your point of sale immediately with your reservation reference number to expedite the process.
